After suffering with mental health most of my adult life I decided to give back to those who help us in when we need them, mind do alot of work around mental health and offer a wide range of services and without our donations they wouldn't be able to keep running so please help us reach and smash our team target. There is a team of over 30 of us taking part who have all at some point in our life suffered or currently suffer so please help us help others
