After the very thought provoking talk from Ray Elkes (Arch Charity-Stepping Stones) in February I decided that I wanted to do my bit and help support the great work Arch do supporting Children and Young people who have experienced the trauma of Domestic Violence in their lives.

From my passion for cycling I decided to set myself a personal challenge of riding a 1000km in the month on May.  Hopefully the challenge will also both raise awareness of this issue and in return for people's support/sponsorship will make a difference by putting a smile back on the faces of the children and young people and help create a bright and safe future for them all.
