Myself and a few friends are taking part in the Leeds Castle Sprint Triathlon on Saturday 28th June 2014!  After doing various running challenges, and the London-to-Brighton a few years ago, we needed a new challenge!  Swimming 750m, cycling 26km and then running 5km back-to-back is a huge physical challenge, none more so as I am not a strong swimmer, or to be honest, a good runner!

We're each raising money for various charities.  I have decided to support the charity that James Villa Holidays support, that being the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance service, a phenomenal charity that raises £5m+ per year to save literally thousands of lives, without NHS/government support or any funding from the National Lottery.

However much you're able to sponsor me, it is very much appreciated, it genuinely is!  No donation is too small and all contribute to saving precious lives and helps further motivate myself a little more to push myself harder to complete in a respectable time!
