Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Back in 2005 I volunteered with Lattitude Global Volunteering teaching English in China.  The placement was due to last for 5 months, but due to the amazing expereinces I was gaining and the difference I felt I was making, it lasted for just short of a year.

I want to be able to give back (with your help) to the organisation that gave me such a fantastic opportunity.  I feel it truely changed my life and helped me to contribute to changing others. 

More importantly, I want to help ensure that Lattitude is able to continue giving others the chance to make positive changes their, and to other peoples lives all around the globe.

This will be my second time running the British 10k and my third 10k.  I'll be aiming for a sub 50 minute finish (current PB 50:04).
