Baxters Loch Ness Marathon 2014 · 28 September 2014 ·
I am running this marathon in memory of Heather, my good friend who sadly passed away in January at the young age of 30. Heather battled with sarcoma, a rare soft tissue cancer, for over a year.
Throughout her illness she showed tremendous bravery and kept her sense of humour and smiles even in the most difficult of times. She really is an inspiration.
By running this marathon I hope to raise as much money as possible to help others suffering from sarcoma and as a tribute to Heather who would always be the first to help other people.
