After a 4 year hiatus, I've dusted off my running shoes to run the Cardiff half marathon again for a very good cause! I'm older and certainly not wiser but optimistic to run faster then before. 

Please donate as I'll be running for an amazing and under appreciated cause. Barnado's help so many children across the country  which is needed more than ever in these times.
