Story
Sarah, my best friend, wife and love, died in March from a brain tumour. Cycling and swimming and the awesome people I share those times with has been so good for me while Sarah was poorly and now that I am learning to live without her. So, a mental 13.5km swim from Henley to Marlow on 13th August seems just the thing to train for and do. And while I am at it I can hopefully raise some money for the brilliant people at Sue Ryder Thames Valley who supported us for the last year of Sarah's life (Michelle and Rebecca in Wokingham, thank you). Sue Ryder was Sarah's charity of choice and £4,170 was raised from donations in her memory after she died. It would be nice to top that up.
Thanks loads you fab people that I am lucky to know.
