After cycling 100miles in August last year, I am upping the game. A team of us, "the old sods" (pictured) along with my Daughter are plodding 100km (62.13miles) from London to Brighton continuously, this should take around 24hrs.

We in recent years have lost a few members of the family to cancer and my father-in-law had a prostate cancer scare, thankfully ok now. So the charity is very close to my heart, please give generously.
