I am running in the 10K Great East Anglia Run for 2 reasons - firstly, to get me off my backside and to get some exercise; and secondly to raise money for the National Autistic Society. This is a great charity and one that is close to my heart in that my nephew George is Autistic and I know they do a lot of great things
