Leeds to Wigan Cycle Event · 10 October 2009

EVERY 90 SECONDS someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury (ABI). There are many possible causes, such as a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault, a tumour or a stroke. A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time. When it does, we're here to help

Story

A few of us are doing a sponsered bike ride in order to raise money for the Headway brain injury association.

The bike ride is being done in memory of my mum (Jill Crabtree) who died October the 12th 2008 of a brain hemorrhage. We will start in leeds and cycle to wigan along the Leeds Liverpool Canal, this will last over the weekend. Please sponser us, any sponser will be gratefully received.
