Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you are probably aware by now, I am doing an Ironman race in Germany on August 7th 2011.

The race consists of a 2.4 mile swim (3.8km) 112 mile cycle (180km) finishing with a marathon 26.2 miles (42km).  Now to some this might seem like complete madness and from where I'm sitting at this precise moment I would tend to agree!

So, what I am asking you to do is help me!  I'll be the mad one doing these stupid distances and ending up back almost exactly where I started and all you need to do is help me raise money for a charity close to my heart.

MacMillian Cancer Support helped my mother when she was diagnosed with Cancer and they were there right up to the end.  They also helped my family and me with there network of support and understanding.

Although I have helped with fund raising and sponsorship before, it's now my turn to really give back (with interest).

Please help me give back.
