We all know what is happening in the Ukraine is simply disgusting. Sadly the press is more interested in tea in the garden by MPs & multi-millionaire WAGs having a squabble. 

I feel as if I am a passive observer gradually becoming desensitised to these atrocities. 

Myself and three mates decided we should try and help and raise some money and are cycling from Tynemouth to Edinburgh over three days from Saturday 21st May to Monday 23rd May.
