I can think of no more worthy cause than that of helping children who are not likely to live into adulthood and supporting those that love them. That is the work of the wonderful charity I am supporting - Children’s Hospice South West. Please do give as generously as you feel able.

I completed the London Marathon on 2nd October in a time of 5 hours, 20 minutes.
