David was a great, loyal friend to many people, he was reliable and only on the end of the phone whenever we needed him, he has left a massive gap in the lives of all who knew him. For those who don't know he passed away of the 28th July of Leukemia after a short illness.

We are holding a charity football match against between his old team members of the Malleable Club FC and an army team, David served in the Royal engineers 22 Reg, completing two tours of Iraq.
