Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is David Gilbert I am 13 years old. In August 2008, my father died of pancreatic cancer after a year long illness. In October 2009, my cousin, aged 18, developed an aggressive form of leukaemia and died, 5 months later, before his 19th birthday. As a tribute to Peter and Oliver's courage and to raise funds for research into difficult to treat cancers such as theirs, I am going to shave all my hair off and am looking for sponsors for this cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
