London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·

The Children’s Heart Federation (CHF) is the leading national charity championing children with heart conditions. CHF is dedicated in empowering these children, their families, and carers.

Story

Sometimes Super heroes reside in the hearts of small Children who are fighting big battles. Please let yourself be a superhero and help me support these little miracles and their Families.

After a very difficult past 12 months for us all. I'm hoping that there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Now, you and I have an amazing opportunity to help some little people who are yet to see that light. 2020 Marathon was cancelled, so we go again, now with a massive weight gain, the training resumes. I really want to give something back and what an amazing opportunity I have been given. CHF is an amazing charity and we now have the opportunity to give what we can to support  these Children and their families to what I feel has to be the most difficult time in anybody's life. My Goodness, I stress and feel terrible if Lennon hurts himself playing football, I couldn't and wouldn't want to imagine if he had something seriously wrong with his heart. Please follow my journey and give as and when you can, we can make things better.

CHF supports children with heart conditions and their parents and carers by providing: a telephone helpline, publications, peer support and opportunities for networking, online resources, a support fund and resources for children. CHF campaigns for support and services for children with heart conditions by: collecting and sharing information, sharing knowledge, better care campaigns and taking part in research projects.
