On 16-17 July I shall be cycling coast to coast from Morecambe to Bridlington, together with the rest of the Ramsey Road Cycling Club.  This is a 170 mile ride split over two days; day one is a 110 mile stint up and over the hills of Lancashire and Yorkshire into York.  This will be a tough undertaking.  I am hoping to raise as much as possible for Cancer Research UK and should be grateful for your donation.  Thanks, David.
