The Rowans Hospice is a local charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with cancer and other life-shortening illnesses.  Established since 1994, they have helped more than 7,000 patients and families across Portsmouth and South East Hampshire.  They provide their services free from discrimination and free of charge, but each year it costs £4.8 million to continue their vital work.

I am taking part in the abseil ( 100mtr ). Gulp! because the Rowans looked after my late wife during her last days and they were all, to a person, fantastic. The work they do is so special and requires a lot of time, patience and money. To help them continue that work I hope to raise at least £200. Please help if you are able.
