I have decided to challenge myself to do an 8 mile cliff walk for Parkinson's UK for my Dad.  He passed away on March 19th and suffered with Parkinson's for eight years of his life.  Parkinson's UK are having breakthrough's with research all the time and having seen the effect of Parkinson's on my father I would not wish that on anyone else so please help me hit my target and help Parkinson's find a cure.
