2021 was an amazing year, not only did I achieve 6 world records but the Alliance of Sport gave me the honour of becoming one of their ambassadors.

The power of adventure and sport has truly transformed my life for the better, giving me purpose, drive and an opportunity to understand myself once again to live a fuller life. 

With this new thirst for life I want to continue the journey that I am on, not only to learn more about who I am and what I am capable of but to push my message out into the world.

On the 9th of May I will start my biggest challenge yet and potentially one of the biggest Stand Up Paddleboarding challenges ever. I will be attempting 33 World Records, on 33 of the longest lakes across Europe in 66 days. 

This will be true feat of endurance and determination proving that no one on else is in control of our own destiny's apart from our self.

The ‘Alliance of Sport’ are one of my three choose Charites and their mission is to build a better and safer society through the use of sport in the Criminal Justice System and by actively helping their network in their efforts to reduce violence, crime and reoffending.

Prison reform and rehabilitation is something I am very passionate about, it seems to be a lost cause in this Country but it is very much something that needs our attention if we want to change lives for the better. 

We all need to come together to make a difference, bringing down the reoffending rate in this Country, creating safer communities and harmonious environments for all of us to live in. 

As a society we need to support those that have fallen and not let them become lost in the system any longer, 'old dogs can learn new tricks’ and I want show how we can all change and grow as individuals.

Be kind to yourself, love one another and support those who may be struggling.
