Well its National Cycle to Work Day on Friday 21st June and I thought I would give it a bash. Ok so technically my commute is 100miles round trip from South Wales to Herefordshire but I thought "why not?"

I know how difficult it is to lose someone, to see them in pain and any help that those around can give just takes away a little of the burden. All Hospices do sterling work and this particular one recently helped a friend of a friend.
