Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A year ago I dreamed up a challenge to celebrate a number of significant anniversaries, both personal and in business. I shall cycle from the Isle of Man to the Dordogne [and River L’Isle] in south –west France.

Starting on 1 September 2012, and with some help to cross the Irish Sea & English Channel, the objective is to ride about 100 miles a day and complete the journey in 8 to 10 days. Three days is the target to get from Isle of Man to Newhaven via Liverpool, the Midlands and London. Then the remainder in France cycling from Dieppe via Paris and Chateauroux, both multiple Tour de France stage win venues for another younger & fitter Manxman!
