I’ve never done a 10K before so what better time to start, 40 years old, dodgy left knee and a bit overweight lol. 

I am supporting Ronald McDonald House Glasgow - a Charity based on the campus of the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow, who improve the quality of life of sick children by ensuring they have their parents or carers by their side. They give parents a free 'home from home' just a few minutes walk from the hospital, so they can stay close to their child at such a desperate time. The Charity is funded purely by donations and other fundraising activities - like this Virtual Bucket Shake! They were a great help to me and Catherine when Harrison was in hospital, it allowed me to be only 5 minutes away from them at night. I’m sure we will be staying there again but hopefully not for a few years. Thank you for donating today and joining us to help worried parents focus on the one thing that truly matters their child and help seriously ill children keep their families by their side. 

Oofftt I put a £100 as a target to raise just an hour ago and that’s been hit already, everyone is so kind, thank you so much. As the event isn’t till May I’ll put a new target of £500.
