My name is David, and as a keen runner I have chosen to take part in the London Marathon in order to raise funds for Leukaemia Care. Leukaemia Care provide help & support for those diagnosed with Leukaemia whilst also investing in research to improve outcomes for the future. So many people both young and old suffer following diagnosis of this disease and therefore I feel it is important to support such charities in any way possible. Cancer diagnosis support, help and research is something personally quite close to my own heart. I will therefore be running 26.2 miles on 22nd April 2018 in aid of this charity, and I hope to raise £2250 between now and then for this very deserving cause.
