"Short, bald bloke from Warwickshire hits 50!"

OK, it's unlikely to make the news but

"Duchess of Cambridge visits Children's Hospice" was front page! 

Both are great reminders why I should get up off the sofa and do something  meaningful.  We are so lucky to have healthy children that the decision to join a cycle ride from Coast to Coast (St Bees to Tynemouth) in September to raise money for our local children's hospice in Coventry was easy.   I am aiming to raise £500 for Zoe's Place.

Would you consider helping me reach my target?  Zoe's Place is a very small organisation which supports families with terminally ill children.   Donations really do make a difference to those children and their families.
