Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Well it's been a few years but I decided to take on another outrageous challenge to raise money for a cause I believe in. 

As team "Lean, Green(core) Machine", my esteemed colleagues of James Campbell, Dominic Darby and Greg Hunn have decided to enter the 2022 edition of the Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge!

12 hours of running/hiking, rowing and cycling through the Brecon Beacons, we will all be pushed to the limit to complete the challenge for our chosen charities. 

This is not my first time at the challenge... if you look closely at my cover picture, I am 3rd head from the left, sunglasses on wearing the number 10... if you now cast your eye to the far right of the picture... that's the Brownlee brothers to give you an idea of the challenge at hand! Cramps and tears are to be expected!

I am personally supporting Mind. 

I believe that everyone should have access to mental health support and Mind are a fantastic charity that are making this happen right now with all your support.

So many of us have either faced mental health challenges ourselves or know someone who has. Getting the right and proper support is so important in allowing individuals the chance to live a fuller life.  

Any donation, great or small would be so hugely appreciated!
