For the past 3 years, I have supported the British Heart Foundation to honour the memory of my wife Debbie, who died from a rare heart condition in 2011, aged just 53. Later this year, my daughter Sophie and I will once again be participating in the London-Brighton Bike Ride to raise funds for the BHF. 

I have spent the past couple of months writing a short personal memoir which can be downloaded from the Apple iBook Store. The book is free, but if you would like to make a donation via this page, your generosity would be greatly appreciated and would be going to a very worthwhile cause.
