I’m cycling 70 miles with my friend Simon Slater, the Matrix chair of trustees. Simon is turning 70, so he's taking on the challenge of a 70-mile cycle in aid of Matrix. Matrix are on a mission to catalyse change for vulnerable young people, helping them to make the most of their lives. Matrix works in partnership with young people, churches, schools, local organisations and the community to nurture, inspire, connect and empower them. The team of trained staff and volunteers offer mental health support, mentoring, workshops, fun social spaces and skills development activities.All funds raised will go to Matrix, towards our work with vulnerable young people in Guildford.
