I've decided to attempt a Triple challenge in my 70th year to raise funds for Cancer Research UK, MIND & Age UK Bradford District.
It would be nice to raise £70k equally shared between the Three Charities.
The First Challenge is to climb Kilimanjaro 5895 Meters Above Sea Level.
The Second Challenge is to Walk 5895 kmin the year, which averages 16.2km / 10miles per day.
The Third Challenge is to climb 59 UK Mountains in the year, ascending at least 58950 meters.
My Seventieth Year commenced 13/3/2022
I am using Samsung Health App which is on my phone to automatically record steps, mileage and height ascended.
