Me and a few mates from work are doing a little! bit of running for Help For Heroes next year. 10x 10km in 10 months in funnily enough 2010, so all donations are greatly appreciated.......

Update, 28/10/09 training has begun ran 10km during lunchtime today was happy with my time aswell of 51 mins... will keep giving updates on training and races run.

Update, 28/01/10 Ran 10km round airfield at lunchtime today, Happy with time just under 49 mins.

Update, 04/02/10 Another 10km distance ran again today round airfield good pace and time again 49mins dead. Will keep putting times on of training just in case can't get enough official events done will count those aswell.......

Update, 10/02/10   Another 10km ran today although had to pull up just near end suspect shin splints?..Would have been good for another Sub 49mins.

Update, 10/02/10  Have entered first two official events today On-line, Bolton 10km on the 25th April, also Edinburgh Great Run 10km on 2nd May......

11/02/10, Have entered Baxters 10km in Inverness 03rd Sept.

Update, 03/03/10  Entered into Aberdeen 10k on the 23rd May, also Dunfermline "Auld toun" 10k 2nd June.

Update, since last have run Bolton 10k 25/04/10 in a time of 53:17. Also Bupa great edinburgh run 02/05/10 in a time of 52:10.

Entered into york 10k 01/08/10 + Glasgow 10k 05/09/10.

Update, 24/05/10 Ran Monikie 10k 09/05/10 in a time of 51:03 another PB.

also baker hughes 10k aberdeen on 23/05/10. again another PB 50:07.

Update Ran "Auld Toun" 10k, Dunfirmline 2nd june in 50:47.

Entered into Anstruther 10k, 26/09/10. Just need to enter 1 more now for the 10th.

Update, Ran york 10k 01/08/10 in time of 48:16. another P.B.

Ran Forfar 10k, 15/08/10 in time of 51:04, very hot race!!! 7 down 3 to go.

Looking forward to next, Glasgow 5th sept......

Update 05/09/10 Glasgow done in time of 50:10.

Update 26/09/10 Anstruther ran in time of 48:59.

Update 03/10/10 Last race ran at Inverness, River Ness 10k in time of 47:59.....finished with a PB!......
