Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.

Story

Unfortunately, a good friend of mine, Michael land, recently died at the age of 28. Michael died very suddenly of a heart attack caused by Haemorrhagic Pneumonitis, a very rare disease.

I have decided to try and raise as much money as possible for Cardiac Risk in the young. I'm doing the 3 National Peaks challenge at the end of June and running a 30km race to try and raise some money. I have been trying to come up with some other ways to raise some money. One idea was a charity football match.
