This is my last ever marathon (10 out of 10) and I have come out of retirement to raise funds specifically to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the National Osteoporosis Society. Those of you who know me will recognise that I am passionate about the disease and preventing and treating it remains my number 1 professional goal.

As the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the charity I know what great work they do to support those who have suffered, or are at risk of suffering painful fractures, to lobby for improved services and to help support the ever needed research into the cause and treatment of the disease.
