Dare you take on the Mighty Mile?

1600 meters
1 mile

Three options.
You can cover the mile performing:
- Walking Kettlebell Swings
- Walking Lunges
- Farmers walk

If you have any other ideas of what you would like to do, please feel free to contact me.

In future events we hope to have other options included.

Why?

This physical challenge is designed to be tough.
Impossibly tough.
Beyond physical.

It becomes a test of your mind and your mental strength.

In doing so it becomes a physical demonstration of the struggle inside a head of a person coping with Mental Illness

What does your donation fee go towards?
https://www.samh.org.uk/

All donations will go towards fundraising.

This is the real point of the event.

We aim to raise money but also awareness this year supporting our Dublin friends, and will hopefully build on this in upcoming years.
