I don't do a lot of fund raising, but when I do, it is for a cause I'm passionate about and want to make my efforts count.

Tearfund falls into that category. A long standing relief organisation striving to eliminate poverty. 

The Drumlanring Challenge is organised by church in Dumfries and they have been raising money for Tearfund for a number of years.

The cycle run itself is challenging at over 80 miles and I'm not the fittest and will be 58 years old the week after I complete it (excuses, excuses, I know) .... so all donations will be gratefully received.
