Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My  father in law Adrian had a prostate operation recently and with his strong ongoing recovery and the inspiration from Oxford City’s double fit Andy Ballard (who is also doing this challenge), I am attempting to run the 10k a day for November 2020. 

I’ve been out every day and found it a tough challenge but worth it to try to raise some money. Day one has been recorded on Map My Tracks with the other days recorded on Strava.
