Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. The event's over now but you can still contribute. I finished in a time of 1 hr 6 min 16 seconds. I came in 20 203rd position, but as there were 36 000 people taking part I don't think that's too shabby. Thanks to everyone who's contributed so far.

Yes, thanks to a combination of a wonderful drunken idea matt and I had, and Ellie actually taking it seriously, I now find myself in the position of having to run 10K on Sunday 16th May. She decided to take it upon herself to enter both of us into the ballot for places in the BUPA great Manchester run and suprise suprise I got a place but my darling wife didn't.

There is a severe danger I may induce cardiac arrest doing this and so thought I would try to raise a bit of money for a worthy charity along the way.

Please give anything you can as fast as you can as (as usual) I've not been the most organised in setting this page up and the race is this Sunday.
