The London Retired Police Dogs Trust is a charity which assists our retired Police dogs with veterinary costs after their retirement. These dogs provide a valuable service throughout their career. As you can imagine through their service they put themselves in harms way to protect their handler, officers and public alike. Once retired it is down to the handler/owner to support any vet bills which can be costly as any pet owner will know. The LRPD are there to help & give the dogs the best medical treatment available, which is a small price to pay in recognition for the job they've done.
