Earlier this year, a good friend of my mate's broke his neck playing rugby, and obviously all feared the worst! Just 6 months later, he is back on his feet and returning to normal life again!! 

A lot of great people are responsible for this, but The Air Ambulance Service were basically his taxi to safety and played a huge part in him ever being able to walk again... It's an early and thankless task that most of us forget during situations like this!

Myself and five friends are taking on the three day cycle from Rotterdam to London on August 1st in support of this life saving service!
