<p>David died on the 8th of November, 2010.&nbsp;</p> <p>As all who knew him would agree, Dave was an incredibly kind, thoughtful and considerate person, making him a much-loved son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend. He was&nbsp;humanitarian in his values and cared deeply for those suffering injustices in the world.</p> <p>Save The Children is a charity close to the hearts of our family, and we ask you to make donations to this good cause in memory of Dave.</p>
