I am running the Manchester Half Marathon on Sunday, 26th September. 

I am looking to raise funds for a small, fledgling charity, which was set up by two friends of mine, who I met at Ealing Technical College in September 1970. Clive and Wendy established the Living Autism Foundation in June 2018, which aims to help autistic individuals and their families and carers find the information and support they need.

This is likely to be the last event that I do, which involves a physical effort on my behalf, and so I am unashamedly asking you to "dig deep" on my behalf for this very worthwhile charity.
