Most of you probably already know my wife Sarah has ulcerative colitis. It affects her life on a daily basis and means she is often in a lot of pain. It's now got so bad that she is waiting on surgery to have part of her colon removed.

Sarah wanted to raise some money for the charity Crohns and Colitis UK in the hope that their research can one day find a cure, so other people won't need to go through the same. So on September 19th we will be taking part in the Loch Tay Swim.
