On Sunday Oct 18th I'll be running the Amsterdam Marathon raising money for Hatzola, a charity that's very close to my heart. Hatzola is an emergency ambulance and first-aid service, run by volunteers, that operates in the North West London area.

I have a huge debt of gratitude to their medics as they quite literally saved my mother's life some years back.

Whilst you wonder in amazement that someone like me can actually run, please dig deep and donate to this very worthy cause.
