This will be my third London Marathon in the last 18 months. Next years event will be held on Sunday April 23rd. 

Next years marathon will be very personal to myself and my family. I have many family members that have asthma in varying degrees and I sadly lost my Uncle in 1977 at the very young age of 38. I will be posting his story over the next few weeks and the medicine and treatment available to him back in 1939 compared to the advancement in those areas today. 

I will also be posting regular updates on my training and fund raising events over the next few months as I undertake this new challenge. 

Asthma and Lung Uk are the only UK charity that fights for everyones right to breathe.
