GRIM Challenge · 1 December 2012 to 2 December 2012 ·

We’re there for people in Sussex and East Surrey, with expert hospice care, when and where they need us most. Our care is only possible thanks to the generosity of our local community who donate to and volunteer with us. Community support means we’re there when life comes full circle.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running, crawling and wading my way round the Grim Original course in Aldershot to raise Money for St Catherine's Hospice, a charity dedicated to providing specialised end of life care and support to local people, their families, friends and carers.

As many of you will know St Catherine's were instrumental in caring for my mother and helping us get through a very difficult time during her final battle with cancer. If we can raise more money for this charity, other patients and their families can also benefit from their outstanding work.

The challenge itself is an 8 mile run around an Army vehicle testing track on December the 1st... It's going to be cold... wet.. muddy and definitely a challenge considering my non-existent running history.

Any donations will be much appreciated.
