Having been retired around 18 months I feel I want to cram in as many adventures as possible in the next 10 years. Charity work has always been on my list and having spent 3 months in Rio de Janerio working with children in a Favela I feel that UNICEF is the most appropriate charity to help underprivileged children around the world.

Taking part in the Clipper race is a huge challenge and one not without risk and for this reason I feel it is even more appropriate to ask people to contribute as they will know that I have had to endure many months of hardship in achieving my goal.

I have set a target of £10,000 but would actually like to achieve more if I can.

Please give as mich as you can spare and maybe even a bit more for this worthwhile cause.

The race starts in August 2017 but the training has already begun and I will update this page as the race gets nearer.
