As some of you may know I volunteer at Phoenix House which is the Help for Heroes recovery centre in Catterick. Whilst helping out there I have met some great people including Jim Holborn Jr who has decided to organise this cycle ride. Jim's story is here.

We are hoping to raise enough money to buy a recumbent exercise bike for the gym at Phoenix House. Sport plays a massive role in helping the guys & girls recover from physical & mental health problems so this bike will play a huge role in aiding the recovery of our veterans.
