Okay, so I am TECHNICALLY cycling from London to Paris in equivalent distance, but it's in small sections throughout the month of July 2023 without leaving Lincolnshire.

I'd like to think that those of you who know me know my feelings on mental health well enough and have seen (either directly or indirectly) the impact it has had on my life. I have attempted suicide in the past and Mind helped me. No-one's story should be cut short because of mental health and so I wanted to do something to support them.

You may also know that I've taken up cycling lately and it's been great for me both mentally and physically. So I'm excited to take on this challenge and cycle 300 miles!
