Hello All. In February this year Zach was diagnosed with a chronic kidney condition called renal dysplasia. Both his kidneys never fully developed and are functioning at that of an 80 year old. It is inevitable that he will require a kidney transplant and/or dialysis during his childhood. As you can imagine this has left us totally devastated as his parents. We are therefore hoping to give something back to this fantastic charity and in doing so help to fight this horrible disease.
