Hi everyone!

On 14th July I'll be running a 10k for Mencap in Greenwich.  This charity holds a special place in my heart.  Various members of my family have supported people with learning disabilities for much of their lives, I have a family member with a learning disability, and I've also worked with people with learning disabilities at home and in the USA.

Anything you can give is extremely appreciated.  Thanks!
