Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 to raise money for Macmillan. All I ask from you is to please support me by making a donation to Macmillan through my JustGiving page.

One in three of us will get cancer which is a frightening statistic! Your donations will help support and improve the lives of people that are living with this horrible disease.

I have chosen to raise money for Macmillan as it is a cause that is very close to my heart, having lost my Granny and more recently our good friend Chris to Cancer.

At this point in time, the furthest I have gone on a bike is 28 miles, someway off the 100 i'll need to complete in just over 2 months. I got a lot of training to do in a short space of time to get in shape.

I am targeting to finish the ride in 7 hours which is about the same time it takes to fly to New York. Even though plane seats are rarely comfortable I would rather be sat in one of them than a saddle for that length of time!!

Please help me support this great charity with what ever you can spare and I will do the hard work!

Thank you all in advance.
